Phoning UCAS
UCAS opening hours are 9am to 6pm, and you should have your Personal ID ready, so that your records can be accessed quickly by the operator
Tips for Undergraduate calls: when you get through, select option 1 for queries relating to student finances, visas, accommodation, bursaries or scholarships. For all other queries, hold to speak to an adviser.
