How to contact the Courier
If you have an issue with collection or delivery the courier may be able to help.
We recommend only contacting the courier if you have placed a booked and received a tracking number.
We use two main couriers with My Baggage, Parcelforce and DHL. We may also use other couriers on some routes however your tracking will state this.
Parcelforce is used for the delivery of items within the UK (inc N. Ireland)Â – Express 48 and Express 24 service. You can contact them here.
International Shipments (UK and USA)
DHL is used for international shipments outside the UK and USA (and for N. Ireland express shipments).Â You can contact them here.
Still not sure?
If you still not sure what courier your shipment is booked with, you can login to My Orders and click on the green collection and delivery times. When you click this it will tell you the courier you are booked with.
Click on the green 9.00 – 19.00
And a pop up will display something like this:
