Where will my luggage be collected from?


My Baggage offers a convenient door-to-door service, so we can collect your items from the front door of your home, student house, apartment or flat.

If you are living in University Of Greenwich student halls and need your items collected there – our drivers will be unable to gain access to these buildings to collect from individual rooms as this would breach security. However, you can drop your items off at your university’s reception area or postal room and we can get them from there.

Dependable and easy

Really quick and handy service

I received my box the next day!

I received my box the next day!! Just make sure to be 100% accurate on dimensions, weight, both addresses and the interesting weird part is they want you to leave the box downstairs, somewhere accessible and my sis lives in a sketchy part of brooklyn so it could've been stolen but it was fine. You're not allowed to change the address or contact info after submitting it but it all went through and I got it the very next day here in London. I had a problem with a form but Mark the customer representative was so quick to respond and helped me. Yay now I have the rest of my stuff finally in my new home! I would use them again.
