You can send cardboard boxes, please make sure you use strong double-walled boxes and not single-walled (crisp style) boxes. Please do not use plastic storage boxes as they are very brittle. You can read more here.

You can send hard or soft suitcases on our services, just make sure all straps are tucked in or removed. We do not recommend using holdalls or rucksacks. Please do not use laundry style bags or plastic bags.

You can send golf bags on our services. They need to be packaged in a suitable golf bag with a hood or in a travel case or box. We recommend using bubble wrap over the heads of each club. If your item is over 120cm, which most golf bags are, there will be an additional $80 charge to send the item.

You can send a bicycle on our services. Bicycles need to be packaged in a suitable box or in a travel case. We recommend taking your bike to a cycle shop where they can disassemble it and package it for you. Most bikes will need the wheels and handlebars removed to send. If your item is over 120cm, which most bicycles are, there will be an additional $80 charge to send the item. Other size restrictions apply which you can see here.

You can send skis and snowboards on our services. They need to be packaged in a suitable travel bag or case. If your item is over 120cm, which most skis are, there will be an additional $80 charge to send the item. The maximum length is 220cm.

You can send other sporting goods on our services, such as surfboard. They need to be packaged in a suitable travel bag or case. If your item is over 120cm there will be an additional $80 charge to send the item. The maximum length is 220cm.

We have a list of prohibited items that you cannot send on our services, some common items are aerosols (deodorant), liquids (perfume, shampoo, etc) and batteries (unless contained within an electronic device).

We cannot send large items like furniture, no sofa's, beds, etc. It is can be very expensive to send large items, our customers usually sell these items and send their personal effects in boxes and suitcases.
