Contacting Parcelforce

My Baggage uses a number of couriers to ship luggage across the world, including Parcelforce.

Parcelforce is used for the delivery of items within the UK (inc N. Ireland) – Express 48 and Express 24 service. If you are shipping internationally (or using the Express 24 to/from N. Ireland) DHL will be the courier used. (Find out more about our courier services here)

If you need to get in contact with the courier we recommend following these steps.

Step 1

Have your tracking number to hand, this will be in your emails from My Baggage (we send two emails and it will be in the second email). The tracking number will start with two letters followed by 7 numbers.

Step 2

Use Parcelforce’s depot finder here to locate your collection or delivery depot. Enter your collection or delivery postcode to locate each depot.

Step 3

Phone Parcelforce on the number in the Depot Finder and when the options come up hit option 5 to be connected directly to the depot.

You should now be in touch with the courier if you have any questions that the courier cannot deal with or you are unhappy with their response please get in contact with My Baggage directly here.
